BARCELONESA and the companies of the GRUP BARCELONESA will collect the following data provided by the interested party:

  • Web CONTACT form: Form for the attention of consultations related to the services of BARCELONESA and the companies of the GRUP BARCELONESA.

Data collected: Name, telephone, email and consultation.

Purpose: To respond to requests for information that the user has made by this means about the products and services of BARCELONESA and any of the companies of the BARCELONESA GROUP, and to establish and maintain business relationships.

Conservation periods: The data will be retained for the time necessary for the resolution of the consultation and after that time will be retained for a maximum period of one year.

Legitimation: Based on the provision of consent to BARCELONESA and the companies of the GRUP BARCELONESA are legitimized to process the data that the User provides through the contact form, and in accordance with the legitimate interest for the development of commercial relations.

  • Web PROMOTIONAL form: Form for the remission of information, news and promotions that may be of interest to you, related to the activities of BARCELONESA and the companies of the BARCELONESA GROUP.

Purpose: the registration of users to send information, news and promotions, and to establish and maintain business relationships.

Legitimation: provision of the User’s consent to BARCELONESA and any of the companies of the BARCELONESA GROUP for the registration in promotional services, and the legitimate interest for the development of commercial relations.

Conservation periods: the data will be kept until such time as the user requests the cancellation or deletion of their data, and once deleted, they may be kept for a period of six years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.

  • EMPLOYMENT form or CV web: form for accessing selection processes or sending Curriculum to BARCELONESA and the companies of the BARCELONESA GROUP.

Data collected: professional area, first name, last name, telephone, e-mail, CV, cover letter.

Purpose: management of the User’s candidacy to the published selection processes or to other vacant positions according to his/her professional profile that may arise within the activities of BARCELONESA and the companies of the BARCELONESA GROUP.

Retention periods: the data will be kept until you are assigned a job or until you ask us to delete the data. They will therefore be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing, and once completed, they may be kept for a period of six years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

Legitimation: provision of the User’s consent.

Recipients: the data provided and derived from the selection process may be transferred to:

  • Third party companies identified by the user and that may be necessary for the provision of the employment or selection service.
  • Web REGISTRATION form: Access form for the registration of users for the provision of services of BARCELONESA and any of the companies of the BARCELONESA GROUP. The services will be identified at the time of data collection and registration.

Purpose: social network monitoring, and maintenance and development of business relationships.

Legitimation: provision of the User’s consent to BARCELONESA and any of the companies of the BARCELONESA GROUP, and in accordance with the legitimate interest for the development of commercial relations.

Storage periods: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing, and once the processing has been completed, it may be kept for a period of six years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

  • CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS: Professional personal data provided by Customers/Suppliers for the provision of services and management of the legal or contractual relationship.

Data collected: Name, Surname, ID number, professional contact address, e-mail, professional contact telephone number.

Purpose: the management of the contractual relationship of the service.

Legitimation: the existing legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service.

Storage periods: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing or deletion of the same, and once completed or deleted may be retained for a period of six years available to the public administration, judges and courts, for the care and defense of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.

  • ACCESS CONTROL AND SECURITY: Data collected by video surveillance cameras or provided for access control to BDTRANS buildings:

Data collected: Name, Surname, ID, and images.

Purpose: to control access and internal security management of BDTRANS facilities.

Legitimacy: legitimate interest in guaranteeing security in the facilities by the owner, which justifies the registration of data in the access control, and that the images are necessarily captured when accessing these facilities.

Retention periods: The data will be kept for a maximum period of one month, unless it is necessary to keep them for a longer period because it is convenient to clarify any detected infringement or unlawful act.

The User knows and expressly accepts that the acceptance of any of the aforementioned purposes implies the incorporation of his/her data in the common Database of the companies of GRUP BARCELONESA, and the transfer of his/her personal data to the companies that, at any given time, are informed on the website www.grupbarcelonesa.com, and may be used by all of them for the aforementioned purposes. This transfer occurs with the same processing purposes, same categories of data, same retention period, and similar exercise of rights. Except for the transfers indicated above, no transfer or communication of data to third parties is foreseen, except for the provision of services by third parties as data processors with whom GRUP BARCELONESA has signed the corresponding Data Processor contracts and verified that they have sufficient guarantees to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, in such a way that the processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the RGPD guaranteeing the protection of the rights of the data subject.

The User has recognized their rights to access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of their data under the responsibility of BARCELONESA. As long as the purpose of processing exists or you expressly delete your personal data from our files, we will continue to process your data as they are necessary for the processing and you continue to be interested in being part of them. At any time the User may exercise his/her rights by sending a postal communication to C/Crom, 14, Polígono Industrial Famades, 08940 Cornellà de Llobrega or via e-mail to rgpd@grupbarcelonesa.com, attaching a document proving his/her identity and expressly indicating the right he/she wishes to exercise.
